Voted for Savielle, I liked his pic the most out of the other 2 (not voting for myself), it looks the cleanest, even though on closer inspection you can see that the background it's a mess, Leche's was a good one too, but he has too much bright sunlight on the back that it bleeds out a lot making the face too blurry kind of, 3 ways of fixing this would have been waiting a bit for the sun to go down a bit, playing a bit with the exposure or simply having the model face the sun, It's really really hard to take pics with the sun on the models back.
AleePoc has a weird framing, I would re-frame that shot entirely, it looks like you can get a really nice pic there, If I were taking that pic I would tilted the camera to the right until the column is at the left border, also I might also moved the camera a bit up to avoid the scratched up wall down there, framing is really important while making a picture

I have to agree. As much as I would like to give my vote for someone not in staff, Jero actually took the outfit and effort criteria to the next level so I have to go for him. Ordinary selfie with a paper simply doesn't catch the eye you know, you guys should take this for an example and follow it in your own unique way.
