hey.. good day there Admins..
i just downloaded the client.. and i already installed it
when i try to click the "Connect" button.. it wont open..
the MUguard will just show up and after that
nothing will happen..

can you help me with this problem please? what should i do?

Maybe you can try to off ur firewalls, and anti-virus. did you try to use CCleaner to clean your registry?

And what OS are you using?

OS is Operating System, example what OS are you using? is it Windows7 or XP?

If you're using Windows7 try to run ur launcher as administrator.

And ofcourse, you should turn off anti-virus and off ur firewalls and use CCleaner.

yep i did all things... my launcher is on administrator.. i turned off the firewalls and antivirus i used the CCleaner..
but still nothing happens

2.Re-Install the client in case the files were corrupted when downloading. Also patch the client manually in case the Auto Updater failed to update the client.

try to run on different compatibility modes,i recommend Windows NT 4.0(Service Pack 5) as it proven to work for some people that use Win 7

go to InfinityMU Folder(by default - C:\Program Files\InfinityMU) and right click on mu.exe > Properties > Compatibility > choose Windows NT 4.0(Service Pack 5) > Apply > OK

do the same to main.exe then right click on mu/main.exe "Run as administrator"

*make sure to update your Windows using Windows Updates

what programs do you have on your PC? if have any accelerators such as SpeedBit,Game Booster etc. then uninstall them

also check your internet connection...you might have a problem with your connection and that's why you getting disconnect

send your llahlog.dat to support@infinitymuonline.com ,you can find it in MuGuard Folder...and be patient for RESiSTANT to decode your llahlog.dat and see what's making problems to your MuGuard
