hello. i have been experiencing this from now and then that when i click an item, it suddenly disappear and the only way to retrieve is to reconnect.

not really. even when i just click an item which is almost everything just disappear all of a sudden.

1. You are doing it too fast and for your latency you can see the result - item disappears infront of your eyes and you have to relog in order to refresh your inventory listing.
2. You have lags / high latency from what I can see you have short delay when placing the item to any slot. (My MU gameplay doesn't have such delays)
3. Since you have latency and you are around more and more characters moving around you, your internet uses even more kilobits per second for the game and that super increases your latency. I suggest you to enter in server 1 or 2 where less players are playing and you will notice that your game is way more lag less and even saving some bandwidth.
4. Use as little as possible services that are using internet. For example Skype messenger and Facebook are using lots of internet. Close browser and skype if you have one and look the result. It must have some difference at least.
- Look the result after that and you can test the same thing you did in the video showing how your jewel disappears and you have to re-log in order to see it back in your inventory. This issue appears if you have high latency and sometimes low latency could appear such issues but chance is the lowest unless server gets lagged which happens 1-2 times in the year because we use only fast dedicated servers in largest company's datacenters but not Shared VPS like most of the muservers are using.
5. You can also give it a try to lower your +Effect Limitation to option 5 (Items Level Glowing)while doing business with Jerridon. See what's the outcome.
