Hi all i got an problem my friend wanna try to enter game and he always get kicked, he can enter on account but when he press connect button on char it get kick who can help ?

Is he hitting the enter key to select the char?? If so please tell him don´t do it. Must use mouse click or he´ll be kicked from the game for security reasons.

If not, please provide at least his charname so our admin will be able to check what´s going on

Could you possibly be stuck in exile? Exile is that unknown map which results in auto dc. Have you tried unstucking character on our main site?

To do so go to our main site > Login > Character options > Browse to the character giving problems > Teleport > Choose a map.

Since you said it's only dc'ing on character so maybe it's this.
