What made you apply for the selected position?

I played again this game after a long time, and I noticed that the players are just logging in to play pvp for a while then go offline cause there is nothing much to do even they have the time to play more, they just said they got bored after few minutes of pvp, That's where I began to think that our server really needs more in-game events to keep the players interested in playing, and I am pretty confident that I can manage to do that If ever I have given the opportunity.

What experience do you have for the selected position?

None. (but we all need to start somewhere right?)
I am a fast learner and can do the job with less supervision.

What can you bring to the team if you are accepted?

I can confidently say to the staff team and to everyone that I will do my very best and share all the time, knowledge I have learned regarding the game, whether it is in-game or in forum, I will keep them entertained using in-game events, to ease the boredom and provide happy and memorable times to all infinitians. (if ever)

First, your application is good for me, also your english (very important for an EM).
Second, you are an old member, rarely join event, but it's the big deal.
Third, i did some research, and found your some banned because of using macro. I understand that no one can avoid making mistake, if you promise that you will never use it again, it will be a Yes from me.

Hey JES, I remember seeing you before but it was long but long time ago and you seem to be here for a while. I've checking some of your contributions in report section which is indeed very good, means you were active in game.
Any mistake you made before, like being banned for hack using is always a bad shadow but i believe people learn from that mistake, cannot happen again that's for sure.
I'm not sure for how long are you going to be active again because I haven't seen you in a while like I said earlier and tbh EM's job is mostly spending a descent time in game and interacting with people which is necessary (just a friendly advice)

Honestly i would like you to catch the new environment and get refreshed again because of your last inactive situation and it was after you replied here. Now, i know you may had your reason to stop being active in forum for almost 2 years, i know activity in forum really depends, is not crucial in all circumstances but the staff and people will see that you are here and you are doing your best to get a new position which is fine, everyone has this chance.
have you been active in game since your last disappearance? because i think i may saw your character in game after years and im not kidding but why i'm pointing this out? the reason is simple, and i'm giving you my honest opinion and observation, and i'ts crucial when people see you trying to go further in game, like applying for EM or GM for example, which is the best way to get people and staff attention.
Another time, new people, new system, new features which is not really hard to get use of.
Therefore friend, i'm not convinced about activity even though you claim you have enough time but many people tried this before and we saw it, resigning or being demoted for lack of time, weak activity or etc.
So i would just say no this time, i'm sorry.

And this is for all people who wishes to apply in the future, consider this advice as from someone who tried the same and did the same in the past, with errors or not we can learn and we can be good, we can do great things for the sake of this server, for a good place to be and work.

Your application looks good, and as Varamyr pointed out, players supports you.
Your English level and available time is good for the EM position, but the problem is with your ban history... I and other Staff members found not one, but few more permanent bans for using 3rd party program (Macro or Hack).

Thankfully for you, there's no need for experience for EM position as we can teach you everything
