Launch the game - problem

Hello, i installed the client and the last pach but when i double click to start, the launcher/main give me a error not respond. I have closed firewall and have no virus. What can i do to play. About 5-6 months I have no problem playing.
What can I do?

what Windows you're using?
clean your PC from viruses with this: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/kateskiller.exe

Windows 7 ultimate 32bits
I have no viruses my pc works fine.
I tried with troubleshoot compatibility,run as adimin, and nothing. It's starts and after 10 seconds trying to connect to update server apperrs not responding error.

right click on mu.exe > Properties > Compatibility > choose Windows NT 4 ,do the same on main.exe and run the game as admin using mu.exe

i make a scan megadon with what you recomandat, i used the settings witch you told me and nothing.

i fix it, i was wirreless connected and it set up my default a dial up connection.
