Launcher bug

I got same launcher bug like here:

I can't turn on the game. I downloaded and excracted patch, and still doesn't work, please help me.

2 solutions i know about this problem:
1) restart the computer and start the game again
2) uninstall the game, restart and download and install it again

My antivirus is deleted.

then install one, it is possible that you have some virus affecting your files. but turn it off when u install after just in case. As well, you can download CC cleaner and use it to clean up your computer. (from scan first and after that click on Registry so it fixes all the files with problems)

Try to re-install it again and make sure to turn off your firewall.

Hello bro, Try to re-install your Infinity and then try to use "Run as Administrator" if this solution didn't help you. I Think you should reformat your OS and update all your Drivers needed.

First of all, try to update your drivers. Then close your antivirus, download the game and run it as Administrator. It should work.
