launcher wont even load

ive tried everything i can think of the game installs no problem but the launcher doesnt even load and theres no errors popping up either just the hourglass next to my cursor for a second then nothing
ive shut down every microsoft security and anti virus setting possible redownloaded and reinstalled made the files exceptions i tried to download the patch you guys offer but the web page doesnt load
im running on windows 11

also the one time the launcher did load to patch was when i first installed it but it couldnt go through because of the anti virus and windows security after i turned all that off it the launcher just stopped loading completely ive been looking for files that may have been blocked and are still blocked but i cant find any

best thing to do is record your screen upload that record and provide the video for better explanation what is going wrong.
