Launcher won't start

Hello guys, so my launcher won't start even if I run it as administrator. Also keep in mind that I just installed this OS like an hour ago so there shouldn't be any problem at all. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please reply to this thread <3

Any mods can pls close this thread? The problem was fixed after I reinstalled my windows
