Letters in menu gone/LOW FPS IN MENU

Hi, today i downloaded and installed game, i turn on game and what? I dont have letters in start menu (cant see server name etc. same with login i dont know what i write there). And i had low FPS in menu too. Anyway i cant log-in. Help me
