@NoPetAllowed, For online email accounts usually you can also add a secondary email address for similar scenarios. Have you added any?
According to Yahoo's help center, you have 2 other options besides mobile recover, recover with alternate email address and recover with secret question and answer. You should to try these options to recover your email address (1-4. points are the same for both options).
As you can see in the post, the problem is with the email account registered for the game account.

Hello there, Try this guide. Write your email address @ www.yahoo.com if your using yahoo> then click this I can't access my account
Help > I have a problem with my password >My Yahoo ID then write your email again > then click I want to try a different recovery option>Why do I have to wait?>Contact Customer Care> then it will show you this

After Kane explained the situation, His account Lost is about Yahoo or Other E-Mail Service Provider, and not InfinityMU Account. If that so, RESiSTANT can't Help.

There are possible ways to retrieve your account even if you forgot your Email psw, If you have donation details you can use it to retrieve your account here in Infinity plus there are some question that you need to answer and the questionnaire is our Admin you need to provide the right answer and direct to the point so you can retrieve your account.
