LOG issue in Laptop :(

i got this issue when im playing in my laptop and when im in game (select server rather) its to LOOOG or delay i cant even move my mouse i updated my ideo card and i refresh my appearance setting and i got good anti - virus and ccleaner. i use maintenance so anyone can help me ?

laptop brand : Lenovo
video card :Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD

stop your firewall or give acces to infinitymU
press ctrl+alt+del / Processes , close from here all programs what you don`t need

it's obvious it's because of your video card..i too use the same video card.. it's not a video card for gaming..

Maybe your video card is not for gaming and it's not good. try to use Nvidia GeForce GTX 480. im using that kind of video card and its work well, i can play better. but try to close all ur unused program and applications. because it caused more lags/delay.
