May Suggest or Express my feelings?

Hello Dear Guys...

Since I was a Legend of the GFX way back with Kush and Nocturnal...I have to ask something that I, we GFXers before were highly respected and does belong to the "Staff"...In GFX right now have a current member of 1 which is StarBurst, because others left for some reasons, but I'm here to express "their" feelings or what they've feel about their term in GFX. First of all they left because I think their not being respected at all, (don't say it to my face that they are been respected here) 'coz at some moment they're not which is GFX are not now belong to the "staff" I also been part of the GFX before we are in part of "Staff" why it's now treated GFX like normal designer!?, In fact GFXers have job or work to do for this community not only current "Staffs" but also GFXers do there Job for higly free service for all Infinitians/ppls. What happen now? we have one current GFXer which is StarBurst he can't handle requests by his own since he is the only one making requests. Look at Request Area of StarBurst are you not aware of?, he's not a machine also to do such work/requests all day long what will happen when got bored/tired making all requests in a row? laugh? and say guys any requests? duhh...I'm not in GFX Team but I accept forumer's requests because I want to help other Designers too, in summation... to help. Before when I was in GFX Team we belong to the Staff, highly respected but now GFX Team doesn't belong now to the "Staff", Shau and Zangetzsu I think not only them but to others been part to GFX Team also left the team because of that certain reasons. Other Forum MU sites GFX are belong to the Staff because what Staffs did was same as a GFX not meant by same tasks to do but about helping others, granting request for free for the community. Some forum sites if you are active designer...they give Salary to its designer if you are an active designer, but I'm not saying that this community should give salaries, mean that GFX should be treated like what staffs did just to be fair in all working with it(this Community Forum). I know, what I feel right now was same as other GFXers here...

All I want to suggest is just GFX Team should be back or be part of Staff where they've belong to...

Sadly I do not know anything about the past and I do not have even the smallest of credentials to possibly make a comment or reaction to your post because as I have said I have no credentials of any sort to back up my statements. I instead would like to sympathize with you because I know how it feels to be the underdog. I have been the rose that grew from concrete my whole life, it might sound dramatic but I really do understand what you are feeling right now and I do hope for the best for you and your fellow graphic designers.

Great Suggestion... but even though this suggestion wont be approved by the team.. i only hope that the part where GFXers will get respect from fellow forumers/players... some are harassing by messaging or posting negative things about the GFXers .... being a GFX is not that easy every work should be unique, and some are just asking but not using or even saying thank you after doing a request... and some dont wait like they posted a request 12:00 noon and want them done like 1-2 hours after?... wew...as Jehovah said GFXers are not robots... forumers should respect GFXers..

but still im hoping that this suggestion will be approved...

i dont know whats it like to be in the gfx section.. i only know you need Skill Imagination Commitment Concentration and Photoshop to make a good Sig and btw making a sig takes time maybe 10-20 per Sig

well i dont know why GFX is not part of the team anymore (tuc)

thats why, few people can be moderator, or Game master.its really hard.
Staff team talk about sensitive issues.

but, GFXers, can be any person with skills with adobe photoshop, corel, etc etc etc.. If i watch some guides on youtube, and I make a great job, i can apply for GFX.

I say this, because..long time ago, some GFXers gave some of our secrets and activity, to another servers and InfinityMu Players. And, we all know, that "Everything at Staff team zone, is secret"

So do you think you'll be respected only because you're a staff member? that's wrong my friend staff members has the same response
to build up the respect it wont be gift, actually you meant the staffs with banning powers and banning powers
are not respected they are dreaded.

At the back the people will still talk about you, my friend this is a online world not the reality where you can
face someone face to face.

Your story sounds for me like, you just want the GFX team back to the staffs to earn attention & fame.
Let me give you a clue, if you act like a adult matured person & respect the people you want to get respect of you will
get it.

Boss you don't get what I mean, what It means was giving respect to all GFXers, GFX Team trying their best to grant all graphic lovers and to treat them(GFX) same as others/ppl treating staffs. Yea you can gain respect even if you're only in VIP or even Infinitian if you're respectful enough to be respected with. I don't even said that we all players should be part of the "staff" to get respect, that's should be boring if we all are Staffs. I've only pushed for them(GFX) to part of it and respected as a GFX as a "GFX" not same to Infinitian or VIPs that's why we have different tags to classify all ppl where they've belong to. What's the purpose of the tags if you treat if the same way as they did. GFX were Skilled in terms of editing/making graphical images, also "others" says GFX tag can be easy to earn just make some sigg and boom!, you earned GFX Team. In fact those days back with old GFXers "GFX Team" tag was hard to be part with you works should be nourished as what GFX be, now on some are posting Siggs even if not too good as what they've seen, "Nice Good Work!" even if its not. That's why some GFXers now were not too skilled they're just making siggs then end up to... treated like normal ppl. GFX Team should be mature handling it's name "GFX Team" not just want the tag but by doing their job to their very best...

Well..Who The Hell Dont Respect GFX?? I dont Get it too..So If I Want to Get Respect To All Who's here Do i need to Be Staff Member So I can get Their Respect? Hell No. Even You.You are Supporter I Dont even Respect You.Coz You Know Why U Dont Know Me I dont Know You Why Should I Give My respect to you??(that's Example)..You Just so Over Reacting..If You Feel That Way. starry left us also..... the only GFx team we have is Zang.....
i understand what this half ga'y japanese is trying to express but... i think they left because in personal issues zang,starry left us but the reason is not being ( not respected to other infinitian) its because of personal issues...

but great suggestion... they give efforts to give a good siggy to every infinitian i think its better be recognize for being staff then to be recognize as a Gfx who only make Siggy( and nothing more )

To tell you the truth. I only stop making sig because I was 2x went to a hospital. 1st is due to a high fever. 2nd is from a broken arm. Well about that. Sig request. Jehovah is true. When i came back from my good status. I notice i have tons to make some sigs. Well its to many. But for me its ok. But that time was it was our FINAL Week.. So i must concntrate in my studies. But suddenly I accdentaly broke my arm XD. So again it wasnt so easily to make some sig with one hand. XD It will take me century about it. Well hope GFX will have some "token" for all the sig they are all making.. WISH list in chirstmas will be good
