2020 is really Bad year im not going to lie, a lot of people going through financial difficulties, or got into higher difficulties because of the corona virus situation which effected thier mental health, a lot of people lost their job, or had to work from home, which also put them in a tuff spot mentally.
we couldn't visit our grandparents, or be next to our friends, and family except the ones we live with in the same house.
all of this really effected the mental health of a lot of people in the world, not to mention that some had issues before, and this whole thing just made it bigger.
some didn't have a problem to seek mental help, but a big part was afraid to do so.
regardless the corona virus situation, a lot of people close to us, or people we lost touch with might go through mental health issues, and won't reflect it outside, if your going through stuff don't be afraid to speak out - seek mental help!
speak with your friends, family or someone you trust, a lot of people care about you!
Its oke to be sad, you shouldn't go through this alone.
As friends, and family always try to reach out to the people that close to you, check if their oke, and spend more time with them.
be nice to other people whether if its on social media, in our IMU community, or in real life you never know what other person is going through, and how your words will effect him.
In this race called "LIFE" we sometimes forget the most important thing in our lives, which is our happiness.
