Can someone upload the file for me please. Not sure what is wrong but that file is missing.

Did you try using the Autoupdate.exe ?

Here; menu01_new.OZJ

Just use the AutoUpdate.exe to update all the missing files out from your client > Run as Admin
The should work well after the update
