Hi to the all of you bros and sis <3 Well, as the title says I'm here applying for the Moderator place!, so of course I hope to succesfully be promoted again (if not, its ok, I'll keep trying XD ye

I am always at forums and I've noticed that there's a lack of Mods at my GMT since the most of my fellas have from GMT+3 to GMT+8 so I'd like to give them a hand to handle and keep forum safe when they're not here, I know how the Moderator's stuff works, panel, and all that things but I will always be learning more

I help as much as I can, my activity may not be the best because I only use to post at the question section to help the other people and sometime I don't even post there because some people shall post a correct answer first than me, so repeating the same stuff again would be basically spam, so I prefer to hit the thanks button to support her/his idea/answer


Why do I think I'm eligible for the job?
Well, I am a friendly dude, talkative a lot and mature for this job, I'm a troll when I must be jaja I won't deny it ^^ but in overall I'm a cool man, I like to laugh with the people, I like to share with them, I got a really nice relationship with the whole community and with the staff team as well, my english is pretty good, I'm an intelligent boy so I could be a big PLUS for the mod team

Im going to say NO . You had been given a chance by DiMeR however you just wasted all the chances that was given to you. 1st and foremost you are easily provoked to anger thus causes a fight. Ill give one example, I believe you still remember about the word [CHEERS] im just explaining something using chat/shout box however you immediately interrupted me instead of helping my concern you immediately questioned me without answering my questions at all, You just copied the word CHEERS and that's it ["no help at all"]. I wont be telling everything what you did before since I believe every one has the right to "CHANGE" however again I will say NO coz you are not matured enough your the one who causes a fight . no...i havent been able to work with you since you were demoted the moment i was promoted but i've heard a lot of things and not a single one of those are good...
i can mention some of those...
you are not a team player...you mostly decide things on your own without consulting the team...
you ignore rules if it involves players you know...one thing i can mention about this is when you actually defended someone you know who is insulting your fellow moderator...
another thing...you are arrogant...
im actually quite surprised that you even made an application...

Uhh, no from me.. I'm sure you're still the same guy who is easy to provoke with and has a very short temper. We definitely do not need that. I'm glad you didn't include in your app that "you've changed" cuz that'll be a total bullsht. You can't really say you have changed unless someone tested you and angered you. People may not know what happened when you were a MOD before but some people from the staff team who you have worked with are still here and know what kind of a guy you are. We may need new mods but please, not you..

I'm a staff member and yhea. We know what happends before. And your reactions. So i would say NO for this.
And if you look to your self you would agreed why we say no to you.

You have done good things but also alot bad. Not just 1 mistake it was more.

So in overall. Your not ready for it.

I know you for so long already and I know that you really are what the others are saying. You always troll and do bull****s, lemme give ya some tips to become a spammer I mean a good leader/role model.

1. When you do stupid things do it on the right place.
2. Do not always talk as if you're trolling because if you always do that, everyone will get used to it.
3. To become a good role model, you cannot just rely on yourself you need to work as a team dont make decisions by yourself even if what you're about to decide is what you think is right.
4. Do more good shts than bullshts.
5. Even if you know you can be a wild pokemon on other players, do still respect them to gain a GOOD reputation not because they know you cuz you're a wild pokemon, that's not a good reputation you're gaining.

When I return here I was surprised you became a mod, I think that "holysht! for real?!, this noob changed?!", and saw the comments above. Well I wasn't surprise about that since all of their statements are true. I'll be neutral with this so if ever your app got denied, atleast try some of the tips given by your friends here. Goodluck!

And don't forget to "spam" a lot.

Didn't see that coming. But I have lots to say. I saw you becoming test moderator, I saw you becoming moderator, I got in the staff team as EM when you were moderator and I know all the things you did and why you got demoted. You love to decide things on your own, you loved to fight with somebody, I did also but the story here is not about me. You are arrogant grown up child when it comes to handling harassment situations. Why did you make an application, if you sure as hell knew, that everyone from the current and past staff team will say no to you? You of all the people should know the importance of staffs opinion. Anyway, if you get the job back, work on those things I mentioned. As it is probably already understandable, no from me.

I didn't answer your question in skype if you can get back in the team,because I've been busy and I see you made an application.

Well I'll be blunt,the Moderators and me discussed the thing.You were demoted not because you didn't do your job,but because you didn't do it like it was supposed to be done. You have a short temper and burst out pretty easy.This is not okay with us and with me. Overall you do what you please and afterwards someone else has to clean the mess up.

I think I can consider you being a part of us again but I'll give you a trust credit. Last time when you were accepted you were changed and a nice guy,but the position changed you and you became arrogant and short tempered,you disappointed me...a lot.If you make us believe you have eliminated that part of your character,I can consider you being a mod. But for now No.
