My game isn't opening

I press start game and it shows liveguard loading but then it doesn't open anything, I talked with venci and he couldn't help me either. Is there nobody else that can help me? I already did everything including reinstalling OS

Not using any vpn, and I don't think a screenshot would do much but ok i press start game then this happens and the game doesn't open

Let me get more info for those who going to try helping

we have checking his anti-viruss, his defender, all was excluded=> NOK
we launched the game as admin => NOK
No vpn was used.
Reinstalled the game = NOK
launching with difrend exe files =NOK
all drivers are up to date. = NOK

his liveguard loads for 25% then it just disappears. and no info given in the liveguard logs or on his pc.


(legend: the " NOK" means NOTOK means even with that stuff done its still not working.)

Problem fix via Any Desk, changing the OS language to "English" do the trick.

Game will run when you start from main.exe, when using the launcher, nothing happens after clicking the start button.
