so what's the point in banned, if he was using cheat it again with a different account?
here it means that cheaters will never Gone
Do not expect them to be able to repent, they will use another account and re-try the cheat
Bcoz Once Cheaters is Always Be Cheaters !!

My suggestion only, banned his accounts and IP blocking User Them.
Then that idiot cheaters will Gone Forevers !!
Maybe His will Go to Other Server n Trying His Noob Application.
So this server would be better off without those who want to destroy the reputation of this community.

Well, cheaters have to get permanently ban for their 1st time. And after this ban, community expects that, those cheater will start to play fair. If not, like Wrathbinge said, those cheaters will get IP Ban. Anyways, not only MuOnline, but also whole games have cheaters and there haven`t way to be clean of them. Venci is doing his best with blocking those programs, but developers are making newer ones. Don`t forgot that, cheaters always fail. None cheater can stay here forever, he will fail 1 day and will be punished, plus will get whole communities hate. Cheaters just make their names Bad. They always known as Cheater even they are playing fair.

Important one which i forgot: It is bad idea to give them IP ban once. Because we will lose player even that player is cheater. This Ban is for to change this guy to Fair Player.

Once a cheater alway's a cheater bro, It depend on their punishment because of the cheat. If the cheat is in Highstate in can be direct to IP BAN but if its only 3rd party program like AC, AP, Speedhack. Permanent Ban will be there punishment.
Try to earn credits just to unban or make another account to cheat again, the possible way is to surrender it our admin and keep the play fair to everyone. People are not perfect so they make mistake but i hate to those who did mistake like cheating because their abusing it. Awake to those cheaters stop pretending and be more honest to the server and also to YOURSELF!

Good Thought for a Good Cause but Not a solution at all, It;s too easy to hide your IP or change it. Even Just using WTFast is gonna change your native I.P .

Im Agree with This. If they really Change mind to Play Fair.. Must Delete Account, So They Must Learn How Important To Fair Play.
If u Delete his account, he will start from "ZERO" Again. So maybe that can change his mind to using somehacks again

nitro it is hard to decide if they are going to use ip banned dude...for certain reasons....there are players need to investigate weather they use really cheats or not.....i know it is not enough to use only permanent banned for cheaters who usually use it and abuse it well....maybe someday RESi will find a way )

Cheaters are parts and parcels of life, if you try to remove them completely, server population will be down.
Have you ever come across a country with 0% criminal rate?

Chances will always be given to first time offenders, but permanent IP ban/MAC ban will be given to those repeat offenders.

We had similar discussions of this somewhere in 2012, for those who could remember.
