Download https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30653 and Launch dotNetFx45_Full_setup.exe and install it.

Then download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=29, Launch vcredist_x86.exe and install it!

In addition to what scarly told you
From the screen i can see that you've barely installed the windows
If you're a 32 bits user you gonna have to install
Visual C+
2008
2010
2012
2015
All x86

If you're a 64 bits , you gonna have to install both x86 and 64 versions.

This is always a must when you're reinstalling windows, without those programs you're going to have troubles with many games not only mu.

Also don't forget about DX9,10,11 etc, and NET-Frameworks.
