Hola Daniela !

1)install a clean version of the game.
2)delete main.exe from the game
3)run autoupdater.exe

If that won't work do the following :

1)install clean version of the game
2)delete main.exe
3)add the autoupdater.exe in your firewall exceptions and antivirus exceptions.
4)run autoupdater.exe

P.S.: If that didn't helped either please give me some more information about your system configuration. I will try to provide further help based on that.
Also feel free to install TeamViewer and add me on skype if you can't do all of the above by your own.

I tried all of the above via teamviewer:
Added exceptions in firewall+ antivirus
Reinstalled net framework
Checked video drivers
Ran the game in compatibility modes

The game simply crashes after updates are done.It might be due to the windows she runs. I did not tried to run the autoupdates. Btw her system is in spanish...it kills me slowly...

Looking for ideas on this one

Did you try to run anything else besides our client? Try running another game as light as ours and see if it would crash,we have to eliminate what causes the problem

Since nothing is working right there, run an antivirus Full Scan. U might got infected by a virus.
