NO_OB! is BM before and i change class it in webshop to elf. and then i want to make it 3rd job but. the prist said Quest requested. i have already quest my bk = 3rd job. and i change it to elf and i quest 33rd job for elf and that what he said i already quest 3rd job

Since u are High Elf u cannot make the 3rd Quest. 3rd quest is to be High Elf, but you are allready. Next time transfer your character into Elf only and then you can make the quests.
because if you change your character into 3rd LvL Elf (High Elf) you wont have the Infinity Arrow. You should change into 1 lvl Elf and make the quests from the start.
