Need help w/ my PC

After i downloaded a game , i can't open Downloads in My Documents.
It says Not Responding , i tried to wait for about 30 minutes , but still not working.
Could somebody help me? , Now i can't open my download folder.

Try to type this on the Destination Bar or Something like that. C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Downloads
User=Depends on the Name of the Computer.
Or Try to Explore it using the Right Click Download->Explore

When i try to delete the game that makes the Download folder not responding , its not responding again.
Please help

Which navigator do you use?

Mozila? Press CTRL+J, and it will open the recent downloads. If you clicked on "keep the file before you started to download it, you will be able to open it from there.
Google? Same.

Plus, go to your Anti Virus, and scan the "Download Section/Folder" whatever

Im using Google chrome and i've already deleted the Download history from there.
And i also tried the Anti virus thing , didn't worked at all.
I already tried all way just to open the Downloads folder , but still not responding.
Really need help T_T , thanks for your concern guys.

Probably a virus,if you have Anti-Virus then the real-time protection causing that,disable your Anti-Virus or add the downloads folder to exceptions/exclusions list.
