i never encounter that one with windows 10.. try re installing the mu and update your video card

Have you opened you CPU? Try to remove the videocard into the videocard slot and then clean the gold part of the videocard with an eraser. Bring it back to the slot and make sure it fits correctly. See if it would do the trick.

Hi, try to do compatibility method. Right click on mu.exe and click properties then go to compatibility on the menu tab. Select compatibility mode for Windows 7. Click apply then click OK then you can run the game after.
