Negative webshop credit ammount

As you can see my credits are at negative (-)12,000.
I don't know why, I haven't played in a long time, I'm a member for 6 years now on Infinity, if you could reset my credits that would be great
I want to purchase an uber set but because of these credits I cant :/

Maybe you've send SMS and then you didn't really paid for that credits while you have used to buy the items from webshop. Uber set is not available for credits by the way.
