I can translate it, because Nigel is from philippines too. So, i can understand what he said in screenshot.

Nigel - Paki sabi i-demote muna ako. Hindi ko maasikaso dahil nahihirapan ako sa mga problema ko in rea llife, matagal tagal narin hindi nabubuksan ung PS ko. Salamat
