No connect button.

Hello everyone, Kindly help me to fix my problem, When i open my infinitymu launcher in many times, there's no connect button to the launcher, Then once if there's connect button the mu will not open they still on the launcher, I've been wait for a minute but still not working. here is the picture.

And also why if i'am using elf character it's always lag, but unlike BM,MG,DL,MG its not lag when i'am leveling.
