No idea what happened

Hi,

I'm currently suffering internet problems as I've just changed my internet service provider. I unplugged my internet from my extension socket to plug it into the main test socket by the front door for the engineers to conduct some tests. Whilst waiting for it to reconnect again I saw my game get disconnected while it was still saying "reconnecting" and I saw something from the game guard in the bottom right corner of the screen. I'm not entirely sure what it said or what it was for. Dunno if you guys would be able to shed some light as to what triggered it? It happened at around 16:25 UK Time.

Hello, Maybe it is somehow related to this or maybe close enough with your case. If you are unable to connect to the server, maybe you should wait for the game masters to give clearance so that can log in already to your pc.

I don't think it's the same though mate as I didn't really add anything new to iMU as I'm quite satisfied with the anti-lag. I haven't tried reconnecting yet as my internet isn't stable due to the engineers still conducting tests. Thanks for the input though! I'll wait for a GM so they can check the logs so it can be clear as to what exactly triggered it.

Hello there @Dark in order to find out what was the message Game Guard showed I encourage to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\InfinityMU\LiveGuard\Logs and search there the log from the day you encountered this problem, there are 2 logs per day (Main and Starter). Upload the logs and send them to us or post here the content of said logs. This might narrow the search for GM team to find out what was your problem and how to solve it or what caused it.

Most probably the error you encountered is a Time Out error, probably due losing complete connection with your internet provider. No big deal with your account, you shouldn't get banned by it. I suggest you to wait until your network is stable to play again though.

Time Out = "A server connection timeout means that a server is taking too long to reply to a data request made from another device..."
