No Server/Channel When Login

ive installed client and update it, it seems when ive try to login there's no channel / server listed .. anyone help?


there's no any word on it
and i cant type my username on password

Sometimes this could be due to your internet connection. What sort of connection (dial-up/cable/optic fiber) are you using, and how fast is the speed in MBPS?

If you're using cable or optic fiber, you shouldn't be facing this problem if it is internet connection related.

my brother playing in laptop w/o a problem,

im playing right now in a desktop computer and that's my problem..

take a screenshot of how it looks in the server selection.

1) Clear your cookies using CCleaner
2) Allow your main.exe to bypass the firewall
3) Run the client in administrator mode

If this doesn't work, let me know what operating system you're running on your desktop.

i have screenshot but i can't upload it here because i need at least 10 post

Computer Specs:
Windows XP
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93GHZ
2GB Memory Ram
1GB Geforce 9500GT

I've download the latest client and install it, as what i've said, this game run smoothly on laptop

when i try it here in desktop computer i encounter problems, No word/letters in Server List/Channel (But i can click it) then when i click a channel the login where you type username and password appear, but when i try to type my username or password no words comes out, ive clicked it many times but still cant type

I totally misunderstood your first post, I thought the log in screen was blank and you couldn't select anything at all. This is new and the first for me, but i'll source the web and see if there is a solution to your problem.

well our laptop is running in Windows 7 so we are different

i have already .Net Framework 4.0 .. what is in #1?

oh in #1 is directX .. i have also directX sir .. and i used the latest update of my vcard

Apologies, but from your screenshot it seems to be a graphic problem. Background is of a different color. Is your background of irregular shades when you are on other programs such as surfing the web etc?

Try to re-install your directX to ver. 11, update your .Net Framework for Windows XP and update your vcard to the latest possible driver, like what MageDragon had said. Even though you think you may have the latest software, trying it wouldn't hurt.

Apologizes again. The most updated version of directX is "11". So try updating it.

I'm afraid i'm of not much help since this is the first time i've encountered such a problem, though i highly suspect it could be due to graphical issues.

This really depends on a few factors. I'll list down a few.

• Connection - This is the most common one, as a slower connection would slow down whichever games which requires internet.
  
  
• Background programs - The more programs you're running on the background, the laggier it'll be when you play the game.
  
  
• Driver for your display monitor - If the driver for your display monitor is not updated, you will see a sluggish effect on your monitor (which is not your case).
  
  
• Graphic drivers - This, which I've explained in my pervious post.

If you have SP3 or SP2 installed, have you tried running the game in compatibility mode?

Connection - not my problem coz i play MU smoothly in my laptop

Background programs - i dont have any background programs when i play

Monitor - its not my problem . even though i only used LED

Graphic Driver - i have the latest version

and ive tried to change compatibility of main.exe to windows 2000 / NT still problem occurs ^^

The problem is obviously with your GPU/OS.
Go to Windows Updates website,make sure you have all updates for your OS.
Visit the manufacturer website of your GPU and check for the latest update.
