Good day Infinitians. !

We have, hmmm 6 GM's including HGM. But only few of them were very active. You can tell that to there activity ingame. I was just wondering what RESiSTANT did to the previous Game Masters who isn't active for consecutive days will be demoted. is RESiSTANT can still do that?? OR... The GM's has to have schedules ingame(depends if they are busy). At least every hour on a day there is a GM online.

we really need good GM's( ofcourse they have that ),
but they also need to be active all the time.

PS: I hope this thread won't be the reason to be mad at me.

Actually, That's already existing.
Once a Staff Member goes to a consecutive Inactivity, He/She maybe demoted by RESiSTANT.
But, We also say when we need to be offline for a number of days with a valid reason.

Well GMs are not Robot you know. They are doing their best and they are active enough. Well before I am being SUPPORTER, I always thought like you too. But after being SUPPORTER i can see all threads in REPORT section. And I see that how they working hard. We have 6 GM as you said(i didn't count :x) if you want to see GMs in every time you seach for them, then this community needs 20+ GM ) But hard to believe 20+GMs. I mean hard to keep 20+ GMs(some of themm will abuse powers, blah blah). So, STAFF Team is good now.

RESiSTANT will demote any staff team who is inactive (whatever the reason may be) from their position.

The movement of the ban list and "GM event thread" should give you a rough idea of the activity level of these GMs.

Each of them has inactivity thread which allows them to post that they will be inactive. Unscrupulous to non staff member.

Being staff like GM's means each everyone will work together when the other one is absent. Other will fill that space.
Its all about teamwork.
Higher rank staffs such us HGM also monitor each activity. No need to worry if you cant see them for few days.

Just a Suggestion.. Thats what i just said. no need to freak out..

adding
venci has that rule for game masters. If GM have a unjustified inactivity, venci will demote that member.
if the game master have a justified inactivity " like a surgery, exams, pc broken.." , he will wait until problem is fixed.

Right now, i can say, that we got good and active game masters " I dont know how Niki is working, but i hope he is doing a great job" .If they catch hackers on CS, give cheats, hacks, bugs to our administrator, Ban players with bad behavior, advertise the server, and make the server fun " with events and more" , are great game masters.

The Staff team is doing the best they can! But we,the players,must try to help them in any way possible so they can take the necesssary actions ! Most of the players turn their backs on problems,but we must not ignore anything bad and be responsible.We play in the server and must care for it
