One problem in webshop

I had 1500 credits , and buy 15 resets but have not points ... !!! Please return me credits and delete resets was a mistake. I`m need point or item F.O no resets . Waiting for reply .Caracter name is TrueLove

There are seperate stuff,Buy stats and buy resets,you bought resets,I don't think that your creds will be refunded,but RESi will answer this.

Its kinda tricky, but if you think about it, you dont get stat points when you do resets, you get them when you level up to 400. again no stat points after reset.. Now i dont think Admin will refund this, because if you wanted a stat points you should have click Buy Stats not Buy Resets... But good luck theres nothing wrong for asking.

P.S: I tried this myself, but instead of using all my credits, i only bought 1 Reset then went ingame to see if i got Stats, which i didnt so i just went to bought Stats instead. xD

you can see clearly the text buy stats and buy resets, whe nyou buy resets its only reset its so clearly, and its done for players who want to be in the top 10 ranking.

So next time look better before you buy something.
