User has been received second chance and unblocked due I checked his PC with teamviewer by his request and he did apply some anti-lag patch of other server and the macro.txt file was configured this way. He deeply apologies for what he did.
He removed his macro file from Data folder already and agreed if he advertises again there will not be any chance for unban again.
