Page says i dont have characters

Hi everyone, im new here!

I read the FAQ, to see if there was a common problem, and it was, so i logged with no CAPS on my Acc Name, and as it didnt help, reinstalled InfinityMu, which didnt help neither.

So here im asking for your help guys, cuz i want to check my credits or so, and to reset my char soon.

Since you are sure that you have been careful with the username and password which is case sensitive then it could be a bug or glitch. Anyway you have two options,

either to

PM our Administrator RESiSTANT in this forums and give all the details of your problems
CLICK HERE
(Add him as Friend First before you can send a private message to him)


email your problem to support@infinitymu.net along with all the details of your problem such as account name, character names, date of registration and etc.

its better posting a thread on Bug Reports section.
Administrators will fix it asap.

and, you should provide ScreenShots of your problem "not here, on Questions section". post them on bug reports section, or sending him a private message
