Pingzapper delay.

Im having big delay on pz new york servers (all of them).
My chat delay, chr spwan delay after death, slow pot.
My ping is stable, no loss on server ip on cmd, down-up speed stable.
I wonder if anyone else from EU region/others having the same problem.

Im talking on the recent period.

I tested wtfast today and it was much better.

Bro right now i am using Wtfast with NY server but same issue i am having lag specially when it comes to chat its not coming on the right time.

Now my question is what is the issue? Is it server or my internet? I have 100 mbps stable connection. I live in the middle east.
