pleas some one help when i start launcher and pressing connect the launcher is restarting and game not starting... i think problem with muguard what to do pleas help and pm me thnx everyone

When u start the game and the MuGuard no appear, yes its MuGuard problem

wanna try but i reinstall game 3 times.. and nothing

Uninstall the client and use CCleaner to clear the registry, than re-install the client. click here to download CCleaner

Try to scan your system for any virus...

When you're running:
1.Turn off all the programs (if) you're using.
2.If you're running Windows 7 then right click on mu.exe>Run as Administrator

my pc : OS win 7 HDD: 500GB, video card 9800 GT 1 GB 256bit, CPU core i3, ram DDR 3 2 GB 1333hz.... programs: skype. opera. daemon tools. klite codec pac, gom player. CSS(counter strike source no steam). winrar, ********* mu i have instaled for screenshot.. and governor of poker 2 and flesh player

what do you mean by that? you using the launcher(mu.exe / main.exe) of other client?

no i have other game and i have started 1 time... im playng with own infinity launcher

try to run the game in Safe Mode

restart your PC and rapidly press on F8 until you see a menu comes up,then highlight "Safe Mode With Network" and press Enter,wait for the windows to start and see if the game works in the Safe Mode

try run the game in different compatibility modes > i recommend Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 5),it proved to work for some people that using Win 7

- disable UAC: press on Start > type in the Search-box UAC > press on Change User Account Control settings > set to "Never notify" > OK > you might have to restart your PC
- use Windows Update to update your Windows
- make sure your Firewall and Anti-Virus doesn't block mu.exe / main.exe / llsc.exe

if it still doesn't work then send your llahlog.dat to support@infinitymuonline.com or upload it to some website and post the link here,so then RESiSTANT could check it and might find the problem

you can find llahlog.dat inside the MuGuard Folder (by default - C:\Program Files\InfinityMU\MuGuard)
