MY PROBLEM IS MY WTFAST ERROR ANYONE CAN HELP ME?

if i login free trial its appears

EDIT:
Are you in a computer shop? Have your tried uninstalling ALL components and reinstalling? Try to uninstall WTFast, use CCleaner and go to Registry and Fix Issue, system reboot, and try to install again.

I found out also that you can send a log file at support@wtfast.com if you want your problem to be fully fixed. Just follow what Syd said :)

Couldn't find any similar thread about your problem in wtfast so I tried searching in google and found out that u have to email wtfastpawner (wtfast admin) at support@wtfast.com . Let me quote/add what he said:

Other ppl had the same problem as urs and wtfastpwner fixed it. So why don't u try sending him an email and maybe he can help u too. :)

Use the English language here. Filipino will only be used in localized forum which is here. Do not double either.

Anyway, the admin in the WTFast will not reply immediately. But here, try this for now:
-Try to download ccleaner
-Uninstall all WTFast including the folder "WTFast"
-Open ccleaner, go to registry, fix issue, click "No" for create back up, then click fix all selected issues,
-Reboot
-Install WTFast again.
 
IDC failed means your Internet didn't meet wtfast requirements, I also experienced it when I got restricted internet, They slow down my Internet, this problem will be fixed if you are going to refresh your router/internet or call your Internet Service Provider and tell them to refresh your connection from their server.
