like i said your firewall of anitvirus may be blocking it so try adding WTFast into exception list of blocked programes

bro i experiencing that kind of problem too so i don't use WTFast anymore i use Pingzapper my net connection is Brodband and its working fine but then when i click login it says like that on network connection issue
