i think u need deleted all ur foder Mu and download again, goodluck
wa right !!! King5 now u just change the new IP ( because old IP was banned) or...u can play internet cafe ^^ GoodLuck and not use hack agian

i had same problem too but deleted game and install again and it worked.But i dont know for you 
Did you try to use Antivirus? Also CCleaner? Maybe u got some virus on ur computer. if it still not works, try to re-download the client. I hope it will works!
