Hi..Optimized your PC by cleaning up the unwanted files and the PC itself and defragmentation also close unwanted programs..and dont forget to update ur drivers..
set your 3d graphics to performance mode ...and dont forget that your internet connection is also a problem if its too slow..^^..

I used to spend with (Windows 10 PRO) when entering the game for more than update the drivers for my video card was always slow and decided to change back to windows 7 ultimate and problem solved

Many say that Windows 10 has this problem with the drivers of videos
