I think he is having problem in that video he shared, don't know if i'm right or high. xD

Can we know your pc spec's ?

Did you try also turning off the Visuals Effects, it can be found here;
Right click mouse > click Properties > click Advance system settings > Advanced
You will see Performance > click Settings > tick Adjust best performance > click Apply/Ok

you can lower the bandi cam settings.
the video quality will be bad but you will have less freezes.

what is ur video card name?

maybe u can config it to mu.
