if you don't remember Secret Question/Answer then you need at least the E-Mail that used in the registration of your account

provide as much info as you can in your mail, support@infinitymuonline.com

You still remember the secret question and answer you use to your registration? if you still remember then put the secret Q & A.Make sure the put the exact one or try to contact the support email as what magedragon posted above, but if you forgot the secret Q and A i think it will be possible to retrieve your account.
