i3core is just processor, put video card on your laptop it can help a lot then try to install anti-lag it make lags more lesser.

Over 97% of people from this community always mistakes Lag with Frame rate, so i'm not sure whats your problem, please try to explain.
Do you have Lag? ( Delay, Example : Using BM Swell skill, and the yellow effect appears after 2-3 seconds).
Or do you have a bad frame rate ? ( Game it self has a bad frame rate which makes it difficult to play).

try to download the client again or maybe ur client is not updated

check video card. Low video card= poor gaming/lag -> check internet connection-> download anti lag patch -> update the client

we have same specs but i do not have lags, try installing nvidia control panel and set it, ill give you the settings if you have done it already, i have installed antilag and changed all the effects and it's great, i do experience lag spikes or framerates (idk) when i use +13 effect but on +6 it runs smooth even many players are around.

make loopback for ur system bcoz game need stable connect.
