It was a midsummer nights dream to maybe for all
Which in whom I recall my hardest fall
Realizing my split personality through it all
I am a teacher by day and an infinitian by night
bound by my duties and responsibilities in which my desire to play constantly fights.

Shackled by the constant struggle of time between two personalities
In which both provided me with a dual identities
I am known by the name TheFearOne but in real life I was a feel none.
Who have tried to do well in my studies for own my future
That is, to achieve my dream of becoming great and splendid mentor.

Being a teacher is an everyday struggle
in which I have to deal with a spirit full of vigor
Being a gamer at the same time is tragedy
in which I have to deal with a constant laugh and comedy
A sweet balance between the both provided me with comfort
where I completely and my body fully resort.

Up in the mountains I teach
Where the clouds and your hand meet each other and greet
where the children dreams are out of reach
where being a teacher is a great opportunity to preach
that their future belongs in their hands not in other reach.

A place of solitude with no internet
A place where the sun casts the mountain silhouette
A place where I am far from my desire to play infinity
But a place that will constantly reminds me to stay.

As the week ends, seeing my students travel along the roads on their own.
makes you realize that this game and this life is not everything you own
makes you realize that there is more to it than to play and fun.
Having two split identities is a real struggle
where time to work and play are constantly smuggled.
Despite of this dual identities' ups and downs
I have nothing to say against but instead I am proud.

2. Chanz

This will be my entry for this event, i wrote a short story of mine.


It was mid summer that my friend told me that, he is playing an Online game called "InfinityMU". He help on leveling, hunting some items for my character. While playing i saw a great community and also an awesome team.

Doing some cool events and doing an assistance to other players, answering some questions coming from newbies. Here at this server, you will learn a lot of things. That's why I am still here playing, while i am working for my family. I am now happily married, and still playing this game. I tried to quit, but i couldn't. This is once in a life time, so why quit I will play this game until the server closed(LOL). But for sure this server will never be closed.

I was studying college when i first play this awesome game, i was in a 2nd year college my course was Food Technology. Well i love cooking, baking and especially eating! But I stop studying when i was on 3rd year, because of my friends all day playing InfinityMU and some Offline games. While playing InfinityMU we do some duels, guild wars, hunting items on LOT(Land Of Trials) and etc.

But when i came back on studying and i tried to finish my study and yes I graduated college! Until now i still play this awesome game.]

3. Pulsefire

Engineer by profession, Infinitian by passion,
These are the words to live by, and my confession,
My dream is to make the world a better place,
And In-game the best DM no one can face.

My love for the game and my work will never end.
To be a player and engineer you can depend.
For this is my promise for you to see,
To be the bigger person we all want to be.

Near and far thy way of path,
Stand on two doors and speak out loud.
Ambition to stick and dreams to follow.
That my heart is one, to pick alone.

To strive, to achieve and work to fulfill.
A pile of destiny too obtain,
Wishes to surround no guilt or sadness,
I,myself to caper IMU.

5. Gahleon

Embrace The Journey
Sometimes life is a struggle,
Obstacles seem to be everywhere and each task become overwhelming.
When you feel like the task at hand is too much to handle,
IMU is there to relieve your stress and clear your head.
And after or while playing IMU,
Sometimes the idea to overcome the task is there.

6. BadTheWrong

It all started as an imagination
But it can't be real when done without action
To slay life as if it is a test
Being the best is the dream, but being successful is blessed


My gauntlets are my weapons and archangel is my guide
I could never live alone without them by my side
The finale of my life is when I'm done with the Atlas
Be brave, be vicious, and say I have done it, at last

7. Crazyfool

Books are opened and pages are flipped.
Stationeries on the table while the day flips.
Racking through my brains and scratching my head..
solving these maths questions is just idiotic.
Found a solution and that is what everyone agrees ..
IMU..IMU - the saviour of my day!
Logging in with a wide smile while entering my credentials,
that’s where all the real FUN is!
Exciting ..Challenging..and fascinating,
hat more else will IMU be?

Pulsefire and Warean are the ones that got the closest to writing a poem. Even then, Pulsefire did the best job of it in my opinion, because it actually rhymes, kind of makes sense, so my vote goes for him.

Its a hard battle between pulsefire and badthewrong, but my vote goes to pulsefire because he made a simple and yet strong stansa which everyone can relate. Badthewrong perfected every paragraph, but it tells no moral story which i ca relate. Props to the ither entries. Good luck
