Power is strong even with the word itself.
Offense or defense, or maybe a buff from an elf.
By having this, you should have a great fortitude.
Overall it is best if its paired with positive attitude.

It takes responsibility in having this trait.
Just don't misuse it or you will receive hate.
To have power doesn't mean to only have authority,
But to make sure other people benefit should be the priority.

Be a role model and be a good influencer.
With power, you could be a game changer.
Do the best you can and you will be happy to see,
the results of what you're doing and who you claim to be.

Strength in Diversity

You started as alone, fresh and new,
Didn't know what to do so you friend a few,
A guild was made, for you and for your crew,
But things changed when you see that their colors aren't true,

You've gain Strength in Diversity,
But didn't realize you've created sickness like Obesity.
Sometimes, power makes a person mad,
There goes their attitudes that you wish they never had,

Sometimes you cant control it,
When a group gets consumed with power, they sometimes split,
But it depends on the people around,
The best thing to do is be better and stay on your ground.

POWER

To some people, power is control .
For me its about being responsible.
Having power over others is truly a hard duty.
One should possess fearlessness and bravery.
To protect people and rule over others is a leader’s responsibility.


Use power for a good cause.
Never take granted for being their boss.
A person should take the task by heart and whole-heartedly lead.
And should not be selfish and filled with greed.​

Questioning Once Power

From the players to the Admins,
Into the gladness or to the hardships.
A term until it's lastest,
Thy RESPONSIBILITY is to took good care of it.

Power is an obligation,
And sometimes it is a burden.
Cause when you lead and they won't follow,
A serious big junk which they appeal or throw.

Allegations that will make you worry,
Cause you did thy duty, but they question why?
Power can be used in good or evil acts,
On the other hand, power is defined for the greater goods.

Illusion of power

Power is an illusion that tricks our minds
it is enough to make a person blind.
That is why many people gets corrupted,
some even steps on people making them hated.

Fortunately, many are humble enough to see
that power also comes with responsibility.
That power is a gift from up above,
a gift that should be shared like love.

Our minds could be deceived by the illusion of power
but it can never fool the heart of a humble Guild Master.

Many player seek power, especially when starting to fight,Power should be in control and should not be used in any way.

Power must be taken care of and used properly, A good leader has been created for him to lead every group, to control every member

Power is for everyone, it should not be controlled, but it should be controlled and should be promoted.

Power alone is to be cared for and protected, not to give in to emotions without seeking too much, to accept what others have and not to desire.​

Illusion of Power

In the beginning you will start hard.
Searching for help, is there anyone heard?
Then someone see’s me, “come, follow me and I will lead you”.
Strengthen yourself, for we are far away to go.

What can I do? Where should I go?
Do I need to do this thing or should stop right here?
Then the realization, come’s after me.
I will keep going and will never give up!

Days and nights, months and years came by.
From nothing to everything.
I’ve gain power that I can’t imagine.
The power of illusion that gives me strength.

Strives hard to attain the wants.
But everyday, it's always a penny.
"Not enough!", so you decided to walk for a journey.


You suddenly met a troupe.
Steal, stab, kill, and shoot.
Blinded by the power of wealth.
And then, gratified with guilt.


Somehow, you realized.
Some members will go out and leave behind.
Cannot endure the power consumed the troupe.
That is why, you, what will you choose?​

My vote goes to Marrow, cause it really rhymed well and I enjoyed reading it.

Marrow - I like the use of English and the way it is made not only to rhyme with literal written words, but to the verbal rhyme as well, which is nice. Overall a good look to it as well, easy to read. Yet it does not really portray the illusion part of power in my opinion.

hahakeeu - The entry is not bad, but it is not super good either, I feel like there should have been a better split at the end, having 3 words more in line, then 3 less, then again 3 more makes it not so pleasant to read. It simply lacks something, but the overall story it tells is nice.

PORTGAS D. ACE - I just don't feel it. Generalisation, no story, makes no emotions when read. I don't accuse you of anything, but to me this feels like several tumblr quotes smashed in one. I'm not saying you did that, just expressing how I see it from my own point of view.

[Warean] - It really doesn't feel like a poem, I am looking for something more traditional to vote for here.

xrico17 - Not great, not terrible. Doesn't really speak about illusion of power, rather speaks about abusing the given power, 2 different things.
*GodMode - It's more of a story than a poem and doesn't really express anything about illusion of power. "Power is for everyone, it should not be controlled, but it should be controlled and should be promoted." (hmm)

MAKABAGO - I don't really understand the point of it. Perhaps I am not so good in reading between the lines and don't have the kind of imagination needed, I just don't vibe with this one. Also, rhymes are not on point.

Funk! - You know, even though the composition isn't the best, there are still some rhymes and the idea behind it actually shows some kind of illusion of power. I would certainly give more props to other entries rhyme and composition wise, but when I came to vote I somewhat tuned myself to vote for the entry that actually gives the most for the given topic and in my eyes this entry did it and in a decent way, so my vote goes for Funk!.
