Hi friends,

We would like to ask you again regarding the hosting location of our services due that our most population is from Philippines (Asia) and Latin America and those users deserve better pings to the gameservers.

We can offer one from those two locations due security purposes. Canada offers best pings for Asia, USA and Latin America and good enough for Europe, Middle East & Africa. France offers good enough for USA, Asia, Latin America and most good pings for whole Europe including Middle East and African continent.

Hello there !

I don't know if it's the best hour to ping, i usually get a lower ping with about -5 or 6ms, but here are my results :

The only issue i see is the ping fluctuation. As you can see, in the first address i pinged, the value is constant, while on the 2nd IP Addres the value fluctuates. There are not so big values that fluctuate, it looks stable, so i don't personaly think i will have any problems.

As en EU player...well i can only disagree but since majority is from ASIA i cannot oppose in case this vote inclines for Canada host.

i'm currently in Middle East right now, and be back to Philippines after a month so, I am really not sure about where is the best host server for me but as long as the server allows Pz and WTFast ill be good, but since one is wondering, I'd vote for Canada for a change and "turn of tides" for a lot of players and see the result

As of now the server is having lag issues even if we got a lower ping, when you're doing pk's you will encounter players that just keep flying and before you get near to him you already fled. I even encountered my character being stuck when I try to switch account. Europe players if you guys are having a ping of 100-150ms on canada server, that's a low ping already compared to us asian players both canada and europe have big pings but ofc we have better ping for canada.

Cmon, we have done this multiple times so if ever the server is transferred to canada and everyone is complaining we can just request to venci to revert back the server to europe.

As I read the other players comments we have a lower ping, but it's still not good we still have lag problems. So if this will be on Canada location I think it will be better.

For me its either or, because since we have pot delay there is no use for changing location when I ping canda my ping is still almsot the same as europe,. lol

We have plenty of players from PH, that's one of the points here which i think can give them a better performance in the game.
I can also say that EU players are in the second list (according flagscounter statistics) So basically there are some programs like Pinzapper and wtfast, but Pingzapper are hella known nowadays, but it also helps to players from ASIA, USA and Southamerica. About EU players, they don't need a program like this in order to fix higher Pings (i guess so) so let's compare, the majority of players needs those programs as resource (majority are FROM ASIA, USA, SouthAmerica) I suggest to change the current Host to Canada.

Once upon a time the hosting of the server were in USA. These days was the most active days of server, sometimes 3 servers were being full at a time. When the host has been moved back to EU, many left the game since the 70%-75% of the game were consisting of Latinos+pinoys and few usa canadian guys. Even tho there is a potting delay at the current system, i think moving the hosting to USA will be a wise step, plus sometimes changes needed to differentiate the reality from dreams :happyy: Voted for USA.

Naturally, I am selecting the server with the lower ping (and that is Canada). Mine was lowered by at least 60-70 and I will retry pinging later cause sometimes I usually have lower than the results.

Anyway, I do have questions. Let's say server was transferred to Canada (hypothetically speaking). Will it provide better service than before? I mean, server had troubles back when it was in California, L.A. so in the circumstance of they provide same service like before (which RESiSTANT and Madhater mentioned way back before that USA server was basically s*uckish due to some reasons), will it be a good idea? I know that Canada and LA are two different places as well. If it's all good, then cool. No probs.

Basically, I'm after where server can be really comfortable and can lay back without the fear of security threats and have better service, not just lower my ping although that could be cool as well and I would like that too (well, who doesn't? Lolx).

True. Since i'm inactive ingame, it doesn't matter that much for me. As long as the game runs fine i don't mind. But if the canada/usa host is going to be secured and strong, it makes sense to use that one. I think the ping will overall be balanced, since players from EU usually has a fast internet. So if the host is on canada, our pings will be closer with each other, unlike the pings now. It's like 50 ping vs 300 ping on pvp.

Definitely voted Canada/USA. This way EU and Asian players will somehow meet in the middle in terms of hops. Anyways, here's my ping.

Your inteernet seriously suffers. It's not the server. Your pings to CA: 245ms, 239ms, 238ms and then suddently huge delay of 1096ms, your ping is same as EU, you see that sudden last ping 1096 is not normal. That's 1 second delay. Your connection both got some serious issues and possible losses if you playing or try to send pings continuously.

Try sending ping to 192.169.81.158 its our USA server.
