helo, i just noticed today that i cannot open our webpage infinitymu.net at around 5:15am gmt+3 and i still can't until now it just reloads every second, and i have no choice but to open hotspotshield and vote because i dont want to miss one of my voting since im joining the top voter event, i am really sorry please don't ban me i just have no other choice, but before i did that, i tried downloading other browser, opened the website on my tab, tried ipconfig /flushdns, deleted cookies, reset router via gateway, hard reset router, reset pc but i cant seem to fix it so i jumped into conclusion that i maybe mistakenly banned by IP, i can connect to the game though, please someone help me with this, im planning to do GRs today but cant connect to website, i asked ppl in chat but they seem to be doing fine by opening the website without any problem, tnx staff team and pls consider my usage of HSS (even im not even sure if this is proxy usage)

possible that your ISP is blocked or your ISP blocked the IP of the server. That's an old issue already, possible to fix this issue is to call your ISP and unblock the IP of the website.
PS: You can reach 100 rr using renas btw and use vpn to GR temporarily.

i tried calling my isp weeks ago regarding my very slow connection but i cant contact them because im currently living in a Muslim Country and this month is their Ramadan so this is a very long holiday, they do reply on emails tho but it takes days, i sent them email already tnx for the help, but if there's any other solution to this, i think this will take long and i dont want to stop voting because of this blocked IP 
i have no other choice but to use HSS very often by voting and resetting

Did your Anti Virus have option to block url?
Anti Virus is updated frequency and sometimes their update added an option like that and can block some of urls

i do not have any antivirus since it's just slowing down my pc im removing viruses manually and checking from time to time so im sure i dont have any malwares, and i dont see any suspicious things at my allowed programs/features in firewall, ill post some ss on my allowed programs
and i dont think it's from my pc because when im using my tab and mobile it doesnt load the page as well, but when im using HSS i can go to site without problem

Even on the other browser ? try using mozila or chrome
im sure it isnt done by a malware because even in other gadgets i cant open it but thanks anyway i think it fixed itself, when i woke up and tried it worked perfectly fine, not sure if this will continue or not, im very sorry for the trouble, it just freaked me out a little.
