Since I connect to Netherlands server more often as it works lot better for me than France, dunno maybe too much traffic there.

Everyone can connect via WTFast or pingzapper within EU server such as France, Netherlands, Frankfurt, London and etc. exception is only USA server which are considered as lag abuse.
