Hi , Bro u cant sell or buy Tier 2 draco set for Rows or Gold Credits, only Via donation allow to trade tHe tier 2 Draco set.
But you can change you Rows to Draco set what u want

Better Way Just buy ingame an Draconites like 240 Draco = 240 Rows and u can request it to change it to Tier2 Draco set ,
