Hi guys.. May I ask what is the fair price of SEMI UBER PROMETHEUS GRAND SOUL SHIELD +LUCK +DD?

Last time at market the price rise to 4~7 rows
So it depends the rarity at the Market,

My advice :
Getting Excellent Grand Soul Shield +L+DD is better than semi, because you can easily add Harmony option at Excellent item, and didn't waste many Jewel of Ancient Harmony and Jewel of Extraction.
And after you get the desire Harmony option, you can proceed use Jewel of Ancient to make it semi item
