Do you mean Tier 1 Ubers like Hyon/vic?
For my opinion, 1 uber tier 1 is enough for tier 2 uber draco

Since (we) are not donator / no vip tag the only price for a T2 Draco set for you is 240 dracos fixed .. collect 240 dracos and let the admin exchange it to t2 draco set same goes to t1 draco = 120 draco ..

Because with the current BTA rules non vip member could no longer be allowed to ask for BTA that doesn't involve new donations or $ on hold

So if you're trying to buy a draco set for = rows/draco/gc or trade your t1 draco for = t2 draco that is no longer possible unless you donate and get a vip tag
