problem connection =/

hi all, i got very good computer i can play on world of warcraft and other hard graphic games,i got big memories ect... but....when i try to play our serveur i got an error message T_T" , when i click on "Connect" button , when i run the main.exe , after the gameguard upload, my screen become black and a message appear, and he say me : "The instruction at" 0x08c571f4 "uses memory address" 0x00000000 "the memory could not be" read " and he stop running the games >.>" please help me hanks a lot for answer me, enjoy serveur ! =)

your PC probably infected by virus/malware use Kaspersky or NOD32 to clean your PC
also give information about your System

actually sometimes there are other new pc's. just like your computer that IMU dont work. but as MageDragon said you need to have the requirements to connect .

Guy's you didn't helped him at all , as he said he can play other games like WoW and more hard graphic ones , so he's pc requirements are good.. hmm don't you think? Anyway maybe you should try with the latest patches. You can find them here click on this link http://forum.infinitymu.net/forumdisplay.php?88-Downloads . I hope that will help you.

@ c0ldf1r3,i did a bit research in THIS thread..and a bit research on the internet..so actually spam in the correct section please..no offense -.- (but thx for trying to help..),and doesn't matter how good is your PC..different games acting differently even on same/different System..ex: i can play decent games like F.3.A.R.,Assassin's Creed Brotherhood,Ninja Blade on max settings without any probs,while my Splinter Cell Conviction runs pretty bad even when all settings on lowest..

1) Your PC probably infected by virus/malware use Kaspersky or NOD32 to clean your PC
2) Use Windows Update to make sure your Windows is up-to-date
3) Go to the website of your manufacturer's GPU and download latest update for your GPU
4) Download DirectX from that website >> http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35
5) Update your Microsoft .NET Framework http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17851

Dude when i had the same problemsi did this steps that i said up there.. that's why i'm sharing my story with him... x)

And don't attack me like that please that's not spamm , just cause im spammer doesnt mean that im no brain guy spamming evrywhere with no sense.. i even wanted to be regular member but resistant still havent changed my status..

just add mu.exe and main.exe to Exceptions of Kaspersky

Stop your real time shield (Kaspersky)
Install a fresh copy of InfinityMu
Try running the game as an admin if Win 7
If the game wont start please change the options of the launcher: "Improved chatting window" to Enable/Disable...
Patch another Mu Client with the InfinityMu Patch....
